Ariel Gail

Prof. Gail S. Goodman teaches psychology at the University of California Davis. She also serves as the head of the Center for Public Policy Research. It is widely believed that she was the one who initiating the contemporary research into the study of memories of eyewitnesses and children's victim witnesses within court circumstances. Professor Goodman has published widely she has received grants from numerous sources and received many international and national prizes. She has advised numerous authorities and government agencies around all over the world on policy as well as research related to the treatment of child victims of the law by the system. She has been a consultant with the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center and was previously the Multidisciplinary Interview Center of Sacramento County Child Protective Services. She was a part of numerous professional organizations, which include that of Association for Psychological Science and American Psychological Association. She is the former president of American Psychological Association Divisions for Child and Family Policy as well as Practice Division American Psychology Law Society and Division Developmental Psychology.
